Shipping
Because each product is made by hand and to order, we accept a limited number of orders each month. We open the webshop every 1st day of the month. When the planning for that month is full, the webshop closes until the next month. So if you ordered in that month, your order will be made and shipped that same month.
Shipping to NL, Belgium and Germany is free, from € 35.
We try to ship at the lowest rates. Therefore the rates are different per country (see below).
No VAT will be charged on shipments outside the EU (tax-free shopping). The price is automatically adjusted as soon as you enter the address.
Please take into account any VAT and import duties upon receiving the package.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Return
Each item is made by hand, after you order it. However, you can return the items you order through the webshop within 14 days if you send a message within this period. An exception to this is customization in color and size. If the product is returned (undamaged), you will immediately receive your money back. The costs for returning the product are for your own account.

Tax free shopping is available for all non-EU countries. When you fill in your address at the checkout, your tax-free price is calculated automatically.
